Heilongjiang Key Laboratory of Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Protection Engineering, Northeast Petroleum University,Daqing,163318,China) Abstract: NGL cryogenic separation plant which composed of varieties of material flow, energy flow and equipments, is a typical distributed energy system that includes energy supply, energy uses and waste heat recovery is mainly used for recycle NGL. In this paper, according to the characteristics of NGL cryogenic separation plant, the system was compartmentalized into six subsystems, based on the algebraic model of exergy economics, established the exergy economic analysis model of NGL plant. For multiple input and out stream, proposed the method of establishing the auxiliary equation based on energy allocation. In this paper, according to experimental data and using the model, the writers conduct the exergy economic analysis on the NGL system, and raise some proposals to improve the operational efficiency.
