摘要 随着城镇一体化的有效推进，城市垃圾主要包括塑料、建筑垃圾（指砖瓦 、砂石等不可压缩固体）、纤维型等。其中除了建筑垃圾外，塑料、纤维等都 是可以压缩处理的。考虑到城市垃圾总量庞大，占用空间也是非常可观的。为 了有效地利用城市空间，缓解城市用地紧张的形势。对垃圾进行有效的压缩处 理是刻不容缓的，也是对垃圾的科学处理起着关键作用的。 根据现在的现实情况，本文对城市产生的生活垃圾的处理，进行了系统的 研究。主要内容如下： 1、查阅关于城市垃圾的处理的有关资料。分析国内外现在关于垃圾处理的 研究现状。综合考虑城市垃圾的特性。构建出符合我国现在城市实际情况的垃 圾压缩打包机。 2、构建城市垃圾压缩打包机的数学模型。进行机械结构的整体设计，主要 包括：机架、加料口、捆线机构、压缩机构等。 3、综合考虑打包机压缩系统的技术要求，采用液压系统来实现压缩及其打 包功能。制定液压系统原理图，液压系统主要元件的设计计算等。 4、采用AMESim仿真软件，对所设计的液压系统进行功能仿真。仿真结果比 较合理。 关键词：垃圾压缩；打包机；液压控制系统；仿真 Abstract With the effective promotion of urban integration, urban waste mainly includes plastic, construction waste (refers to brick, sand and other incompressible solids), fiber type, etc..
