互动视角下的残疾人就业模型研究 黄云凌 （厦门大学公共事务学院） 摘要：作为一个动态的政策视角，互动模型主张通过个人属性、制度系统和社会 环境的相互作用来影响残疾人就业。这种思路有助于解决我国残疾人就业研究和政 策实践中存在的问题。本文首先梳理了残疾人就业研究的主流模式，然后在已有研究 的基础上，系统地阐释了互动就业模型的理论基础、框架内容、研究范式和政策路径 ，最后结合我国的实际情况提出了几点启示。未来我国学界应该着眼于残疾人就业 响因素的互动机制研究。在实践方面，政府也应该转变政策理念，加快机构改革，培 育社会服务机构，以系统性变革来推动残疾人就业和社会融入。 关键词：残疾人；就业；互动论 作者简介： 黄云凌（1986－），男，福建福安人，专栏作家，博士，研究方向：社会保障、社会政策、 社会心理现象的量化分析。2013年毕业于厦门大学公共事务学院，由于身体残疾，未 能找到教学或研究性岗位。邮箱：yunling1986@163.com 联系方式 Research on the Employment Model of the Disabled under the Interactionist Perspective Huang Yunling ( School of Public Affairs，Xiamen University，Xiamen) Abstract: As a dynamic policy perspective, interactionist model advocated that the employment of the disabled can be influenced by the interactions between personal attribute, institutional system and social environment. This approach can help solving the problem in the research and policy practice of employment for the disabled in our country. This paper firstly combed the mainstream research pattern of employment for the disabled, and then systematically illustrated the theoretical basis of interactive employment model, the model framework of content, the research paradigm as well as the policy path. Finally, this paper puts forward several Suggestions according to the situation in our country. In future, we should focus on the research of factor interactive mechanism about the employment for the disabled. Meanwhile, the government should shift policy idea, accelerate the reform of institutions and cultivate social service agencies as well as promote the employment and social integration by systemic change.
