中国】!生检验杂志2008年6月 第l8卷第6期 Chinese Journal of Health Laboratory Technology，Jun 2008；Vol 18 No 6 1097 【化学测定方法】 高效液相色谱法测定畜禽制品中合成色素 刘红梅 (河南省濮阳市疾病预防控制中心，河南濮阳 457000) [摘要] 目的：探讨高效液相色谱恒流测定肉禽、乳制品中合成色素的应用。方法：进行高效液相色谱分离条件及样品 前处理的试验，得出最佳色谱条件。结果：在选定的分离条件下5种色素在测定范围内线性关系良好，相关系数均大于 0．9995；柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、靛蓝最小检出浓度分别为0．20，0．15，0．15，0．20，0．18 mg／kg；5种色素相对标 准偏差均小于3％，回收率在92．5％～98．8％之间。结论：方法快速简便，灵敏度较高，克服梯度洗脱时造成的基线漂移， 提高定量准确性，适用于高脂肪、高蛋白样品的测定。 [关键词] 高效液相色谱；肉禽；乳制品；合成色素 [中图分类号] 0657．7 2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1004—8685(2008)06—1097—02 Determination of synthetic pigments in livestock products by HPLC Liu Hong—mei (Puyang Center for Disease Control and Prevention，Puyang 457000，China) [Abstract] Objective：To discuss the determination of synthetic pigments in meat animal and milk ptoducts by HPLC with con— stant flow pump．Methods：Probing test of separation conditions of HPLC and sample pretreatment test were conducted and the op— timal separation conditions was established．Results：The linear relations of tartrazine，amaranth carmine，sunset yellow and indigo ， were excellent within the determination range under the established separation conditions(correlation coemcients were all higher than 0．9995)and the lowest detectable concentration was 0．20，0．15，0．15，0．20，0．18 mg／kg，respectively．The RSD were alllower than 3％ and the recoveries were in the range of 92．5％ ～98．8％．Conclusion：This experiment is fast．convenient and sensitive．It overcomes the baseline drift caused by gradient elution and improves the quantitative accuracy．It is suitable for deter- mination of high fat and hiigh protein． [Key words] High performance liquid
