R. C The Relationship between the Jurisprudence Education Transplantation and the Legal System Modernization YUH ai - mei (School Law of Nanjin Normal University, Nanjin 210097, China) bstract:When P. R. C be an its history, owin to many kinds of reasons, we chose to learn from Soviet, includin its jurisprudence education. Passin half century, when we review the history, we realize that we transplanted the juris prudence education from Soviet, which still has influence on China today. Now we want to modernize our le al system. The author try to analyze the relationship between the transplantation of jurisprudence education and the le al system mod ernization. The later needs qualified person, and the former trains the needin person. So whenwe want to transplant the jurisprudence education from other countries, we should analyze it rationally and make experiments at selected points firstly. Thus, the qualified person will serve for the le al system, which is important for every country. Key words: jurisprudence education; transplant; Soviet s mode; le al system modernization ?
