-52- Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine 2017 Vol.(9) No.3 治疗老年肺纤维化关键在于补肾 Tonifying kidney as the key in the treatment of senile pulmonary fibrosis 苏凤哲 中图分类号：R974 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：1674-7860（2017）03-0052-02 证型 ：IGA 【摘 要】中医将肺纤维化归属于“咳喘”“肺痿”“肺痹”等范畴。说明了肺纤维化是以喘、虚、瘀为主证的疾病。气上逆 而喘，气不归根曰虚，气虚不能推动血液运行为瘀。因喘、因虚、因瘀，主要表现是气短，气喘不能接续的症状。肾主纳气归根， 肾失于摄纳则为喘，为虚、为瘀，故气喘之证，根本在于肾。因此在肺纤维化的病机演变中，肾虚是根本，补肾应是治疗肺纤维 化的关键。 【关键词】气喘；肾虚；补肾 【Abstract 】Pulmonary fibrosis belongs to Cough, Fei Wei and Fei Bi, etc. in the TCM, which proves that pulmonary fibrosis is a disease with asthma, deficiency and blood stasis. Qi deficiency and blood stasis can not help to promote blood circulation because of asthma, deficiency and blood stasis, of which the mainly symptoms include shortness of breath, asthma and so on. Kidney qi originates from the kidney, the deficiency of which leads to the perturbation for breath, deficiency, blood stasis, therefore, the root of the asthma syndrome lies in the kidney.
