刮板输送机毕业论文设计 2011级 采矿专业 摘 要:刮板输送机是矿山运输机械的重要组成部分。刮板输送机的设计制造涵盖了运动转换、动力传输、变速机构、铸锻件结构设计等机械设计与制造工艺内容。经过分析，选择刮板输送机作为我们的毕业设计选题，能够比较全面的运用所学习知识和技能，综合应用机械设计的分析计算、结构选择、绘图技能和机械制造基础知识，对我们的所学知识进行概括总结，对我们的综合应用知识能力进行一次强化训练并获得提升，都是有益的。 本设计以煤矿实际运输条件为依据，以训练提高综合设计能力为目的，在设计中尽可能采用新的设计思想和设计方法，选择更加合理的结构和技术参数，力争提高刮板输送机质量，降低生产成本，在充分吸收学习现有的刮板输送机设计经验的基础上，参考有关设计资料，查阅《机械设计手册》等工具书，按照机械工程设计程序、方法和技术规范进行设计。 刮板输送机是与大型综采工作面设备配套使用的液压支架、采煤机，完成把工作面采煤机采下的煤输送、转运到后续运输设备上的任务，并提供相应的连接手段。本刮板输送机与MG300/700-WD采煤机配套使用，运量可满足较高需求，工作可靠，是大型综采配套设备的优秀机型。 关键词：刮板输送机；矿山运输机械；工程优化设计。 Abstract: Scraper conveyor is mining machinery is an important part of transport. Covers the design and manufacturing of scraper conveyor movement conversion, power transmission, variable speed institutions, castings and forgings structure design content, such as mechanical design and manufacturing process.
