摘 要 在现代社会的医学领域中，随着计算机信息技术的快速发展，医院信息系统 在这种背景下，本文介绍了数据挖掘相关技术，研究数据挖掘技术在医疗信息系统中的应用，以及SQL Server 2012在数据仓库与数据挖掘中的应用。重点研究了关联规则Apriori算法并对其进行相关改进，然后使用改进的Apriori算法应用于医院信息系统中，挖掘出对医疗活动有价值的信息，通过具体的实例解释了数据挖掘的全过程。 关键词：数据挖掘；HIS；关联规则；Apriori算法 ABSTRACT In modern medicine field, with the rapid development of computer information technology, the hospital information systems have been gradually used widely during medical services in china. Large amounts of data resources have been properly recorded and accumulate by hospital information systems. However, in the face of more and more rapid expansion of the super database, data is plentiful but knowledge is needy phenomenon appears. How to use existing hospital information valuable resources for medical diagnosis, provide an effective basis for treatment of disease and provide scientific reference for the management of hospital leaders, They gradually become the major hospitals currently the most important issue. In this context, this paper introduced data mining technologies and researched the application of data mining technology in medical information system, and SQL Server 2012 applications in the data warehouse and data mining. This paper focused on the Apriori algorithm of association rules and related improvements to it, then used the improved Apriori algorithm was applied to the hospital information system, excavated valuable information on medical activities, explained the whole process of data mining through specific examples.
