Summary Φ65/25 extruder adopts the horizontal gearbox equipped with hardened-surface gear to drive which insure a high precision, low noise and long service life. It consists of BM low-temperature-mixed elements, which can enhance the quality of the melt; also various kinds of screws can be selected depend on the specific material requirement. 1.1 General instruction This manual serves as the guide to make the users to master the basic parameter and function of 65/25-C extruder, and easy installation, operation, maintenance and repairing. This is helpful to keep Φ65/25-C extruder high efficiency and incident-prevention during longtime operation. Therefore, the operator should master and follow the operation instruction to handle, regular checking and maintenance. When operation, the following five points should be on your special attention: first, high temperature; Second, rotational parts; Third, voltage; Fourth, lubrication of the gearbox; Fifth, the cooling for the materials extruder barrel. Prior to any maintenance and repair for the machine, all power supply including the control cabinet should be switched off.
