中药穴位贴敷治疗高血压的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究中药穴位贴敷治疗高血压的临床效果。 方法 抽取86例高血压患者，随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组各43例。对照组采用常规降压药物治疗，治疗组采用常规降压药与中药穴位贴敷联合治疗。 结果 治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组；症状表现消失时间、血压水平复常时间、治疗方案实施的总时间明显短于对照组；治疗前后血压水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组；用药期间出现药物不良反应的发生率、停药后高血压的病情复发率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 中药穴位贴敷治疗高血压的临床效果非常明显。 　　[关键词] 中药穴位贴敷；高血压；治疗 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0107-02 　　Effect analysis of acupoint application of Chinese herbs in the treatment of hypertension 　　CUI Yong CUI Mei-yu JIN Yu 　　Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yanji City in Jilin Province，Yanji 133000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of acupoint application of Chinese herbs in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 86 patients with hypertension were selected and evenly divided into the control group and the treatment group in random.Routine antihypertensive drug was given in the control group，while conventional antihypertensive drug combined with acupoint application of Chinese herbs was provided in the treatment group. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group；the time of symptom disappearance，blood pressure normalization， and implementation of therapeutic regimen were remarkably shorter than those in the control group；the improvement in blood pressure level before and after treatment in the treatment group was much greater than that in the control group；the incidence of drug adverse reactions and number of adverse reactions and complications during medication was significantly less than those in the control group. the recurrence rate of hypertension after discontinuation of medication in the treatment group was lower that in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion The clinica effect of acupoint application of Chinese herbs treating hypertension is significant. 　　[Key words] Acupoint application of Chinese herbs；Hypertension；Treatment 　　高血压是目前临床上最为常见的一种慢性病，也是导致心脑血管疾病发病的一个最主要的危险因素，由其产生的一系列并发症对患者的生存质量及生命产生严重威胁[1]。本研究探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗
