三磷酸胞苷加地塞米松等综合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨三磷酸胞苷加地塞米松等综合治疗突发性耳聋的效果。 方法 以我院2008年8月～2013年8月间收治的122例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规疗法，观察组采用三磷酸胞苷加地塞米松等的综合治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、临床症状恢复情况、治疗期心理健康水平和生活质量之间的差异。 结果 观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组，临床症状轻于对照组，治疗期间心理健康水平和生活质量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 使用三磷酸胞苷加地塞米松等综合治疗突发性耳聋可以取得满意效果，其可以提高临床治疗效果、改善患者临床症状、提高患者治疗期生活质量和心理健康程度。 　　[关键词] 突发性耳聋；三磷酸胞苷；地塞米松 　　[中图分类号] R764.43 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0054-03 　　Efficacy of cytidine triphosphate combined with dexamethasone comprehensive treatment for sudden deafness 　　YU Zhaoyang QIAN Xuezhen 　　Department of ENT， Songgang Peoples Hospital of Baoan District Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province， Shenzhen 518105， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of cytidine triphosphate combined with dexamethasone comprehensive treatment for sudden deafness. Methods A total of 122 cases with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2013 were selected as the research objects， who were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional therapy， while the patients in the observation group were treated with cytidine triphosphate combined with dexamethasone comprehensive treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect， clinical symptoms recovery， mental health level and quality of life during the treatment period of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group， and the clinical symptoms was lighter， and the mental health level and quality of life during the treatment period were higher， and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Cytidine triphosphate combined with dexamethasone comprehensive treatment for sudden deafness can achieve satisfactory effect， improve the clinical treatment effect， improve the clinical symptoms of patients， and increase the mental health
