超声逆流提取技术在中药发明专利中的应用概况 　　[摘要]该文以德温特世界专利库（DWPI）和中国专利文摘数据库（CNABS）中涉及超声逆流提取技术的中药发明专利申请为分析样本，从专利申请人、申请量年度分布、提取原料药等方面分析了超声逆流提取技术在中药发明专利中的应用概况。同时将其中公开的超声逆流技术参数进行分类归纳，分别从物料粉碎、提取溶剂、提取时间和温度、提取设备和超声频率几个方面进行深入分析，总结适用于中药原料进行超声逆流提取的各技术参数范围，旨在进一步挖掘超声逆流提取技术的技术优势和适用条件，为中药领域提取技术创新提供参考。 　　[关键词]超声;逆流;动态;提取;专利;分析 　　Application of ultrasound counter currentextraction in patent of 　　traditional Chinese medicine 　　MIAO Yan-ni1*， WU Bin2， YUE Xue-lian1 　　（1.Pharmaceutical and Biological Examination of the Patent office State Intellectual Property Office of the P. C， Beijing 100088， China; 　　2.Pharmaceutical Examination of the Patent office， Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the the Patent office， 　　State Intellectual Property office of the P.R.C， Beijing 100190， China） 　　[Abstract]The patent information of ultrasound countercurrent extraction used in traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed in this paper by the samples from Derwent World Patent Database （DWPI） and the Chinese Patent Abstracts Database （CNABS）. The application of ultrasound countercurrent was discussed with the patent applicant，the amount of the annual distribution，and the pharmaceutical raw materials and other aspects. While the technical parameters published in the patent was deeply analyzed， such as material crushing， extraction solvent， extraction time and temperature， extraction equipment and ultrasonic frequency. Thought above research， various technical parameters of ultrasound countercurrent extraction used in traditional Chinese was summarize.
