毕 业 论 文 论文题目 浅谈企业文化与企业管理 学 院 中国农业大学继续教育学院 专业年级 工商管理2012级 姓名学号 张旭东201208019 指导教师 张雁鸿 职 称 教授 （2014年 6 月） 中国农业大学教务处制 摘 要 企业文化是每个企业的灵魂，良好的企业文化可以赋予企业更强大的凝聚力、约束力、活力和推动力，而良好的企业管理可以使得企业按部就班、有条不紊的发展壮大。企业文化是企业制度的重要组成，两者相互影响，相互作用，他们的良好形成对公司的持续发展都具有着及其重要的作用。 本文从企业文化和企业管理的定义入手，阐述了两者之间的关系，分析了现在中小型企业存在的问题和解决方式，举例说明了企业文化和企业管理发展较好的企业的成功建设方式，以期对中小型企业的企业文化建设和发展提供一定的帮助和指导。 论文主要研究了企业文化与企业管理的现状。首先阐述了企业文化和企业管理的内涵和对企业的功能等理论，并对企业管理的现状及存在的问题等理论作了探讨。着重提出了建设优秀企业文化对企业的深远意义。体现了一个企业的发展离不开优秀的企业文化和完善的企业制度。在现阶段，我国中小企业的企业文化建设应该提倡以人神文明添加一份能量。 关键词：企业文化 企业管理 企业凝聚力 企业竞争力 ABSTRACT Corporate culture is the soul of good corporate culture can givecompaniesa more powerfulcohesion,binding, vitality and motivation,and good corporate governancecan make thebusiness step by step,methodical development and growth.Corporateculture is an importantenter prise system,the two influence each other,interact with their good formon the company scontinued development has asignificant and important role.
