本科毕业设计（论文） 单相全桥逆变器死区效应分析及补偿方法 燕 山 大 学 2012年6月 摘要 逆变技术随着自动控制理论、电力电子技术、电了计算机、微电子学等的发展已经进入一个新的时代。SPWM控制技术应用广泛，优势日益突出。但死区效应问题也一直受广大学者的关注，补偿死区成了改善逆变器输出波形的一个重要课题。 本文首先介绍了SPWM控制技术和逆变技术, 通过在一个载波周期内建立数学模型，分析了理想情况下三角波调制以后输出波形的的谐波分布情况，且分析了在SPWM逆变器中加入死区时间的必要性.文章详细分析了死区及开关器件的固有特性对逆变器输出及整个系统的影响，设计了一种基于重复控制的死区补偿方法，该方法有效地改善了输出电压的波形畸变。 针对输出波形的周期性畸变，本文采用了基于内模原理的重复控制器对波形进行校正。MATLAB／Simulink的仿真结果证明，这种控制策略能有效改善由死区效应引起的输出波形的周期性畸变。 关键词　正弦脉宽调制(SPWM) 逆变器 死区 重复控制器 Analysis and Compensation Strategy of Dead-time Effects for Single-phase SPWM Inverter Abstract With the development of modern control theory，electronic technology of electric power，electronic computer，microelectronics，etc. inverter technology has already entered a new era. The application and the advantage of using SPWM is outstanding day by day. Dead-time effects issue arouse the attention of the masses of scholars，to compensate the influences of dead-time becomes a piece of important subject to improve the waveforms of inverter． SPWM control technology and inverter technology has been recommended in this paper.In order to analyze the distribution of harmonic wave of the output wave modulated by triangle wave in ideal circumstance,an mathematical model in one period of carrier has been set up.And the necessity to input dead time in t- he inverter has been analyzed too.The infIuence of dead-tlme and characteristics of switching-devices on output voltage in single-phase SPWM inverters is analy- zed in detail.A dead-time compensation strategy based on repetitive control is designed.It can provide excellent inverter output voltage distortion correction. Aiming at this abensence of output waves，the repetitive controller based on the intemal model was put forward．The simulaton result of Matlab/Simulink verified that the scheme is effective and feasible for seasonal abensence produce- d by the dead-time of output waves.
