摘 要 北京基业达电气公司作为北京标志性的卓越的私营企业，主要以配电设备的生产为主要的支柱项目。紧邻海淀区东升科技园的特殊地理条件也让这个老牌的企业尽早的接触到了科技的信息。随着信息时代的到来，企业的业务触角升到了美国，西班牙，非洲等地，随着业务量的逐渐庞大。企业很快的意识到了仓储管理的落后闭塞严重阻碍了公司业务的拓展，仓储管理已经成为了制约企业踏步向前的瓶颈。新的仓储管理体制和方法随即被引进并很快投入了应用。 仓储管理作为企业公司资源管理、分配、整合的最直接最重要的环节，已成为了决定国能以及世界范围内大中小型企业成败的重要一环。本文主要以北京基业达公司对之前仓储管理的落后与混乱对公司的制约的分析，及之后大举的对仓储管理进行改革为背景，对仓库管理的概念，意义，原则以及新型先进的管理理念和措施进行了全面的介绍。主要围绕公司引进的ERP管理软件，对公司的先进物流管理进行剖析讲解。并结合实际分析和验证该管理系统和理念对公司良好的运营和发展的积极作用。先进仓储管理系统的引进让企业大大降低了成本，提高了企业的生产效益，成为了企业市场的开拓强有力的后盾，为使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地提供了强有力的保证。 关键词：企业 仓储管理 仓储管理系统 ABSTRACT Beijing Jiyeda Electrical Co.,Ltd,a private enterprise in Beijing, mainly focus on power distribution equipment production. The special geographical location closed to Haidian district Dongsheng science park makes the long-history enterprise get information of science and technology quicker than others .As the coming of the information age, enterprise business reach up to the United States, Spain, Africa, etc. With huge volume gradually, the warehouse management has fall-behind, thus preventing the company business from expanding, therefore warehouse management has become the bottleneck of restricting growth of enterprise. New warehouse management system method is introduced and then put into the application at once. Warehouse management has the most direct and important link of resources management, distribution, and integration. Integration has become the key to the country’s enterprises all over the world. This abstract introduces comprehensively warehouse management concept, significance, principles and new advanced management concept. Beijing Jiyeda Electrical Co.,Ltd being a measuring example. This abstract mainly compares the former chaos, confusion of warehouse management, and the warehouse management after reform background.
