摘 要 工业工程以提高效率，提高质量为核心，以工作研究和作业测定为主体，以程序分析、作业分析、动作分析和时间分析为手段对企业生产进行分析改善是企业在竟争中取胜的关键法宝。 本文以某公司鞋业生产为研究对象，以基础工业工程中的方法研究对车间生产流程和布局进行改善并运用动作分析和模特法分析对标准作业动作和标准作业时间进行分析和研究，在现行的车间布局概况和制作动作、时间标准的基础上，以提高生产率为目的将多目标优化研究应用于车间的布局设计，使得我们最终得到的布局更加接近我们的实际情况，符合外界环境。让我们在车间系统改善时少走弯路。本文把基础IE的研究方法和属性层次模型结合起来，为中小企制鞋业车间布局建立一种简单、可操作的体系。实践证明，本文所采用的方法切实有效，具有很好的推广意义。 关键词：工业工程；制鞋企业；生产流程；车间布局；模特法 Abstract Industrial engineering always focus on lifting high-efficiency and improving the quality keeps work study and work measurement as the centre task and by the way of program analysis job analysis motion analysis and time analysis to analyze and improve the production which is an open sesame for the company to win in the competition. This paper choose a companys shoes production as research object The analysis and search were carried on by the method of primary industry engineering to study the workshop flow production and the layout, and by use of motion analysis and the mold to study standard operation acts and standard operation time At original of the foundation of routine workshop layout design and working, time standard, to apply the multiple target optimizing research on workshop layout will make us finally receive the result which approach our physical truths and match outside environment This way save us much time and energy on improving workshop system This text puts together the search method and hierarchical model of primary IE , for create a kind of system that is simple and easy operated for the small company on shoe industry workshop layout Practice as verification, the method adopted by this text is effectively practical, and has good meaning to be widely used.
