Methods After reaching an ackn wl edgem ent an d fin ding a ref rming f undati n, the h spital set up the regulati ns f r !Patients ch se nurses∀ and reclaimed the requirements f r nurse∀ s quality by surveying nursing system. The publicati n f the regulati ns f r !Patients ch se nurse∀ w as attached en ugh imp rtance t . T he nursing gr up leader w as empl yed by c mpetiti n and the system f 24 h duty w as built . T he check and examinati n was cl sely attached t empl yment and w ages. Results After th e realizati n f ! Patients ch se nurses∀ , Th e nurses∀ c nsci usness f selfmanagement w as impr ved and the patients∀ satisfacti n w as remarkably in creased.
