我国证券投资基金业面临的问题与对策分析 重庆工商大学融智学院 金融学 2008级投资银行三班 叶宜松 指导老师 杨帆 中文摘要：证券投资基金是投资社会化和专业化的产物，它既是一种金融产品创新，也是一种金融制度创新。中国证券投资基金的发展取得了长足的进步，对于改善我国证券市场投资者结构、促进上市公司法人治理结构优化、加快储蓄向投资的转化、繁荣资本市场等方面起到了重要的作用。我国证券投资基金的发展主要受制于外部客观问题和内部治理问题，随着《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》的颁布实施，我国证券投资基金业迅速发展，并已逐步成长为我国证券市场上影响力最大的机构投资者之一。但是，我国证券投资基金在高速发展的同时，仍然面临着一些问题。完善证券投资基金管理要从拓宽资本来源渠道，完善法律法规体系，加速监管的市场化进程以及推进产品创新，实现产品多元化。加强我国证券投资基金托管人的监督工作、丰富基金的品种、强化基金管理公司的激励和约束机制完善证券投资基金法律法规体系强化证券投资基金监管等方面来应对我国证券投资基金所面临的问题。 关键词：证券投资基金 产品多元化 金融结构调整 投资基金监管 Abstract：Securities investment funds are investment socialization and professional products, it is not only a kind of innovative financial products, and also is a kind of financial system innovation.
