Especialy in China ，throughout the two thousand, mediation has always played a very important position in dispute resolution. Enter the new century，more and more dispute began to flock to court, the workload of court increased year by year. How to use diversity dispute resolution has become the focus of scholars and practitioners. As the reasonable kernel of the ancient law of China, mediation should be fused with the civilization of the current law ，to bear the responsibility of dispute settling. Through analyzing the Changzhou region civil dispute non-lawsuit mediation mechanism, summarize the successful experience of peoples mediation 、 administrative mediation and trade mediation，point out the problem ，and put forward some solutions to them 。
