The re sult show s t hat p re servation of loyal j elly in lower humidit y and t emp erat ure can eff ectively p rot ect it s active in gredient s and keeping t he honey in col d storage i s not required . It s co st eff ective storage condition i s ambient humidit y and t he t emp erat ure , w hich i s slight ly below t he roo m t emp erat ure .
