毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江蜂产品出口可持续发展的制约因素与对策 摘 要 浙江省是中国第一养蜂和蜂蜜生产、出口大省，但是浙江蜂产品在出口中却存在着质量、安全卫生等方面的问题，极大限制了蜂产品的出口。本文从可持续发展视角，分析影响浙江蜂产品出口的制约因素主要有国家标准体系建设不完善、行业产业化和组织化程度不高、检测标准不健全、产品本身存在质量问题、企业之间无序竞争严重、产品研究开发力量偏弱以及缺乏国际市场知名品牌等。本文引用江山蜂产业发展的案例，着重探讨做高附加值产品、跳出家族化牢笼以及发展社区化服务模式等应对贸易瓶颈的措施。在此基础上给出实现浙江蜂产品出口可持续发展的对策，主要有紧抓标准化生产，树立“质量第一”的观念，加快蜂产品出口基地建设，加快产业化、组织化进程，提高蜂产品生产出口的整体实力，从源头杜绝抗生素残留，重点市场开拓和市场多元化战略并重，鼓励技术创新等。 关键词：Abstract Zhejiang ranks first in China in terms of beekeeping, honey-producing and export. However, there are many problems associated with quality, health and safety, which has greatly constrained the exportation of bee products. From the perspective of sustainable development, this article analyses the constraints for the export of bee products in Zhejiang, which are the defective national standard system, low industrialization and organization, deficient test standard, quality of the products, disorderly competition among different enterprises, weak investigation for research and development, lack of well-known band in international market and etc. This study use the development of bee industry in Jiangshan as a case study, and emphasize on the measures of producing high added-value product, abandoning the constraint on familiarization, and developing the service pattern integrated with the local community. On the basis of that, the reasons for promoting sustainable development of bee products in Zhejiang are presented, which are promoting standardization of the production process, building the concept of ‘quality first’, enhancing the construction of the station for the exportation of bee products, enhancing the process of industrialization and systematization, increasing the overall strength for the exportation of bee products, eliminating antibiotic residues, putting equal stress on the opening-up of new market and the strategy of diversifying market, encouraging and etc. Keywords: China apiculture; Export trade; Sustainable development; Restrict factors 目 录 1 外贸可持续发展
