毕业论文 （20_ _届） 外商直接投资对浙江产业结构的影响分析 摘 要 浙江省是中国经济发展的前沿地区之一，一直以来都是一个外商直接投资较活跃的地区。然而以民营企业为经济支柱的浙江省，外资对经济的影响以及对产业结构的影响相对小的多，浙江省的外资问题 鉴于此，本文选取了浙江省 FDI 与产业结构为对象，从发展状况和特点方面，首先概述了20世纪80年代至今浙江外商直接投资和产业结构的整体状况，然后从两个方面分析了外商直接投资对浙江产业结构的影响。接着采用计量模型与经济学方法，选择变量、收集数据，利用EVIEWS6.0分别建立了外商直接投资与浙江省三次产业的计量模型，具体分析了外商直接投资对浙江省三次产业的推动作用，得出结论外商直接投资对浙江三次产业结构都存在一定的影响，对第二产业第三产业的推动作用对第一产业的推动作用，总体呈现二、三、一的发展特征。最后，进一步提出了优化外商直接投资和浙江产业结构的对策建议，以促进吸收外商直接投资，提高利用质量和浙江产业结构的升级。 关键词：外商直接投资；产业结构；浙江；升级 Abstract Zhejiang is Chinas economic development frontier regions, and it has always been an active foreign direct investment in the region. However, the economic backbone of Zhejiang Province is the private enterprises, the economic impact of foreign investment and industrial structure are relatively small but there are some unique features when compared with other districts. View of this, FDI in Zhejiang Province and the industrial structure were selected as the object. The overall situation of Zhejiang foreign direct investment and the industrial structure from 20th century 80 years to now were first outlined from the situation and development features aspects, and how foreign direct investment was impacted on the industrial structure of Zhejiang Province was also analyzed from both the favorable and unfavorable aspects. Then, econometric models and econometric methods were used to select variables and collect data, thus, the measurement models of foreign direct investment and three industries in Zhejiang Province were established by EVIEWS6.0 respectively, also they were analyzed by regression analysis of specific foreign direct investment in order to promote the three industries in Zhejiang province and to analyze the impetus of foreign direct investment in Zhejiang three industry, also we draw the conclusion of Zhejiang three industry structure has certain influence on the second and third industry whist the influence on the first industry is not obvious, but the overall developmental characteristics presen
