毕业论文 （20_ _届） 循环经济在吸引外资中的作用 摘 要 循环经济作为一种新的经济发展模式，近几年来受到我国政府的高度重视，成为我国推进可持续发展战略的核心内容。改革开放以来，我国的外商直接投资取得了显著的成效，实际使用外资金额稳步增长，外商直接投资已经成为推动经济增长的重要力量。同时，随着低碳思维在全球范围的日益确立，对外贸易越来越受到环境资源的影响。如何促进循环经济与吸引外商投资的和谐发展就成为一个具有现实意义的课题。在此背景下，我国的许多省市也通过建立经济循环圈来吸引外商投资，宁海就是一个成功的例子。近年来，宁海通过建立宁海湾经济循环圈吸引外商投资，外商投资额显著提升，对外贸易也迅猛发展。本文旨在通过对循环经济的内涵、外商直接投资理论以及宁海循环经济圈对外商投资关系的研究，通过典型案例分析，阐释建立结构合理健全的循环经济圈对吸引外资的作用，不断加强地方经济建设，最后从宏观、中观、微观等方面为宁海下一步发展循环经济，提升利用外资的质量，发展对外贸易提出有效的措施和建议。 关键词： Abstract In recent years, Chinese government attached great importance to circular economy -- a new mode of economic development. The mode have become the promotion of Chinas core content of the sustainable development strategy. Since the economic reform, China’s foreign direct investment has achieved remarkable success, the actual foreign investment has grown steadily, the “Foreign direct investment”(FDI) has become an important force to promote economic growth. At the same time, as environmental resource constraints, many cities and provinces as establishing economic circle to attract foreign investment, successful example for Ninghai. By establishing NingHaiWan economic circle, Ninghai’s foreign investment has made remarkable ascension, foreign trading also developed rapidly. In that case, how to promotion recycling economy and view foreign investment of collaborative development is a very realistic topic. This paper aims to the connotation of recycle economy, foreign direct investment theories concept, and the economic research with Ninghai’s economy circle. Especially several typical circular economic zone of case studies, explain the effect of establishing reasonable structure circular economy production area to attract foreign investments, complete the economic construction constantly. Finally from the macro-aspet, meso-aspect, micro-aspect to put forward measures for Ninghai’s next promotion of using FDI utilizations quality, and the development of foreign trading.
