  大连市产业结构发展趋势研究与建议 郭军燕，崔巍，石玉淳，江鹤** （大连海事大学交通运输管理学院,大连 116026） 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 摘要：随着经济日益全球化，经济结构的调整与升级成为经济增长的重要手段，而结构的调 整主要体现在主导产业的转换。主导产业在区域产业结构中占据主体与核心地位，对地区的 经济发展至关重要。大连市作为老工业城市，对我国的工业化发展做出了非常大的贡献，是 振兴东北老工业基地的首要城市。同时，大连还重点发展旅游业，从而带动了其他行业的发 展。本文从技术创新性、转换性、适用性、部门带动性以及发展前景等五个方面考虑，通过 层次分析法对大连市的第二、三产业进行分析，得出大连市目前及未来的主导产业。并对其 全面分析研究，为大连市的产业结构调整及升级提出了相关建议，并为政府部门制定相关政 策提供理论依据。 关键词：产业结构；主导产业；层次分析 中图分类号：F224.9 The Analysis and Suggestions on the Industrial System Development of DaLian Guo Junyan, Cui Wei, Shi Yuchun, Jiang He (Transportation Management College of Dalian Maritime University,Dalian 116026) Abstract: With the growing global economy, the adjustment and the upgrade of the economic system have become a most important method of keeping the economy’s increase. Major industries’ exchanges represent the adjustment of this system. Major industries are the leading and centre places in area industries’ system which are so important to the development of the economy in this area. As an old industrial city, DaLian has made huge contribution to the development of the industries in our country. And it is the most primary city to revitalize old industrial bases. Meanwhile, it also encourages tourism business which helps promote the flourish of other businesses. The analysis of the major industries in this passage chooses five targets, such as innovation of technology, convertibility, applicability, the promotion ability of departments and the future of development. According to the proportion, it analyses several former industrial and service businesses. With the method of level analysis, it comes out the major industries in DaLian. After totally analyzing all major industries, it offers important advice to make adjustment of the industries’ system of DaLian city. It also proposes some theoretical suggestions to help the government make some relevant policies.
