毕 业 论 文 论文题目：本土零售企业国际竞争力探讨 年级专业 2007级 国际经济与贸易 学 号 学生姓名 吕 甜 指导教师 缪小莉 二○一一年六月 本土零售企业国际竞争力探讨 摘 要 零售企业已经成为推动中国经济发展的基础产业，在国民经济体系中扮演着越来越重要的地位。特别是我国加入WTO后，零售企业的开放对本土零售企业的竞争形成了巨大的威胁。本土零售企业的健康发展和竞争力的提升对我国国家竞争力和经济安全有重大意义。 本文围绕本土零售企业国际竞争力这一中心问题，首先综述了关于零售企业竞争力研究的相关文献，同时结合零售商业的特点，提出了零售商业竞争力的内涵，即零售企业竞争力是指零售企业所表现出来的特有价值创造能力和集聚财富能力，归纳了影响零售企业国际竞争力的各种因素。接着本文选取典型本土零售企业与外资零售企业从企业规模、业态选择、经营效益、信息化水平等方面的比较。结果表明，现阶段中国本土零售企业的总体竞争力有自己的优势，但是也存在许多的不足。在此基础上，本文对本土零售企业进行了SWOT分析，结果表明，本土零售企业的竞争力与外资零售企业相比，产业发展规模具绝对优势，加盟扩张能力较明显，但产业盈利能力较差。文章最后提出了提升本土零售企业竞争力的对策建议。 关键词：本土零售企业 外资零售企业 国际竞争力 THE RESEARCH ON THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF LOCAL RETAILERS Abstract Retailing industry has become a basic industry which promotes Chinas economic developmentin and is playing a more and more important role in the national economic system. Particularly after Chinas accession to WTO, the opening up of the retailing industry has caused great threat to local enterprises. The healthy development and advanced competitiveness of local retail businesses have a major significance in enhancing our countrys national competitiveness and economic security. This paper focuses on the central issue of the international competitiveness of local retail businesses. It firstly reviews the literature study on the competitiveness of retail businesses and explaines the content of competitiveness of retail businesses which is the special ability of creating value and gathering wealth, combined with the characteristics of the retail business. It also summarizes the various factors that affect the international competitiveness of the retail businesses.Then this paper compares the firm size, format selection, operational efficiency,information level and other aspects of typical local retailers with that of foreign retailers.
