湖南化工职业技术学院 毕 业 论 文 题 目: 铝土矿生物冶金的研究进展和展望 院系名称: 制药与生物工程系 专业班级: 工业分析与检验 学生姓名: 刘 聪 学 号: 201103011158 指导老师: 曹 慧 君 2013年 10 月 30 日 摘 要 生物冶金技术是利用微生物或其代谢产物溶浸矿石中有用金属的一种新技术，具有装备简单、流程短、建设和操作成本低、对环境友好及可利用低品位复杂难处理矿石等特点，现已成为世界各国矿冶工程研究和应用的热点，是本世纪最具竞争力的矿冶技术之一。文章阐述了生物冶金的基本概念和机理，介绍了铝土矿的组成和结构，生物冶金在铝土矿脱硫、脱硅、除铁、铝硅分离方面的研究进展，生物冶金的发展趋势和国内外生物冶金工业化应用现状生物冶金的发展趋势,同时还介绍了电化学对生物冶金的影响。提出了生物冶金技术的优势及其产业化发展面临的问题。 关键词：生物冶金 铝土矿 电化学 机理 Title The research progress and prospect of bauxite biological metallurgy Abstract Biological metallurgy technology is the use of microbes or their metabolites in the leaching of ores useful metal of a new technology, has simple equipment, short process,low construction and operation cost,friendly to environment and available low-grade complex ore treatment,etc,has become the world mining and metallurgy engineering research and application of hot spots, is one of the most competitive mining and metallurgy technology in this century.Article expounds the basic concept and mechanism of biological metallurgy,this paper introduces the composition and structureofbauxite,biologicalmetallurgyinbauxitedesulfurization,silicon,iron,aluminum,silicon separation of the progress in research of biological metallurgy at home and abroad and the development trend of the development trend of biological metallurgy industrial application status of biological metallurgy,electrochemical effects on biological metallurgy is also introduced.Puts forward the advantage of biological metallurgy technology and its industrialization development are faced with the problem.
