低碳经济形势下专业化钢铁工程技术公司 业务模式创新及实践 郑剑辉 王 明 李卫杰 (中冶南方（武汉）威仕工业炉有限公司，武汉 430223) 摘 要 基于对钢铁行业现状和发展绿色钢铁行业的分析，阐述了专业化钢铁工程技术公司进行业务模式创新的必 要性，提出了“以节能技术服务为核心，设备改造、技术改造和产品升级为拓展”的创新业务模式，分析了该业务 模式建立的三个关键环节，介绍了威仕炉创建该项业务并进行实践取得实际效果的情况。结果表明，以节能技术服 务为核心的新业务模式切实在保证、提高产品质量的基础上达到了节能减排的效果，完全适应当前乃至今后很长一 段时间发展绿色钢铁工业需求。 关键词 绿色钢铁 低碳经济 业务模式 节能技术服务 节能减排 The Innovation and Practice on Business Model of Iron and Steel Engineering Company in the Low-carbon Economic Situation Zheng Jianhui Wang Ming Li Weijie (WISDRI (Wuhan) WIS industrial furnace Co., Ltd., Wuhan，430223) Abstract Based on the current situation for steel industry and development of green iron and steel industry, the necessity to convert new business model innovatively was discussed. An innovative business model was also proposed in this paper, of which the energy-saving technical service was core, while the equipment modification, the technological innovation and the product upgrading was extended. Three key links to use the model were analyzed, on that basis, the business establishment and conduction for a professional institution were introduced, and the Corresponding practical result was also discussed. The results indicated the implementation of the new business model, of which energy-saving technical service was core, did not only ensure product quality, but also achieved the goal of energy saving. Therefore, the new business model can meet the demand of the green iron and steel enterprise development currently or even for a long time in the future.
