560MPa 级汽车大梁用钢延伸不合原因分析与改进 1 1 1 2 李卫平 刘 勇 董 君 叶晓瑜 （1.攀钢集团攀枝花钢钒有限公司热轧厂，攀枝花 617023 ；2. 攀钢集团研究院有限公司，成都 611731 ） 摘 要 本文针对攀钢560MPa 级别P560L 汽车大梁用钢出现了批量延伸率不合的问题，通过采用金相分析等手段， 对造成延伸不合的原因进行了分析，指出热轧工序卷取温度的波动造成部分钢卷或钢卷的局部位置卷取温度较低， 组织相变进入了贝氏体转变区，而带钢表面形成了一定厚度的贝氏体组织层是造成 P560L 的延伸率偏低的直接原 因。在生产中，通过增加Mn 含量及提高中间坯厚度、提高卷取温度等技术措施后，P560L 延伸率不合的情况有了 明显的改善，大大提高了合格率。 关键词 汽车大梁钢 卷取温度 显微组织 力学性能 The Analysis of Elongation Unqualified and Improvement on 560MPa Grade Sheet for Automobile Crossbeam Li Weiping1 Liu Yong1 Dong Jun1 Ye Xiaoyu2 （1. Pangang Group Research Institute Co., Ltd., Chengdu, 611731 ） Abstract In this paper, according to the problem of elongation unqualified in 560MPa grade sheet for automobile crossbeam in Pangang, through the microstructure detection and other methods to analysis the reason of elongation unqualified. It indicated that coiling temperature fluctuations in hot rolled process caused coiling temperature lower in part steel coils or local position in one steel. Organization phase change into the bainite transition zone, and the strip surface formed a certain thickness bainite organization layer is caused the elongation lower in P560L. In production,by increasing the Mn content, improve intermediate slab thickness and coiling temperature technical measures,the elongation unqualified situation has obvious improvement in P560L, greatly improved qualified rate.
