PAGE PAGE II 我国高校会计人才培养模式问题分析 摘要：现阶段，我国提出一带一路发展战略目标，为我国会计人才培养与输出创造良好条件。为了适应一带一路建设发展需求，必须高度重视会计人才培养，创新培养途径与方法，为社会发展输出所需要的复合型人才。随着一带一路战略的不断发展，我国社会经济发展水平也在不断的提高，传统的会计人才已经远远不能满足时代的需求。本文应用首先阐述了人才培养的有关理论；接着对高校会计专业人才培养现状进行了分析，并指出高校会计专业人才培养方面存在的问题；最后提出高校会计专业人才培养评价模式以及相应的完善措施。 关键词：高校会计人才；人才培养；会计专业 Abstract: At the present stage, our country puts forward the strategic objective of one belt and one road to create favorable conditions for the cultivation and output of accounting talents in China. In order to meet the needs of the development and construction of the whole area, we must attach great importance to the cultivation of accounting talents, innovate the ways and means of training, and provide the compound talents needed for social development. With the continuous development of the one belt strategy, the level of social and economic development in China is also improving. The traditional accountants are far from meeting the needs of the times. This paper first elaborates the theory of talent cultivation, then analyses the current situation of talent cultivation of accounting profession in Colleges and universities, and points out the existing problems in talent cultivation of accounting profession in Colleges and universities. Finally, it puts forward the evaluation model of talent cultivation of accounting profession in Colleges and universities and corresponding improvement measures.
