PAGE 2 PAGE 2 摘 要 本次毕设的选题为山东天齐公司某行政楼框架结构设计,根据任务书的要求及建筑物的功能查阅了相关的资料,最终确定该建筑为五层钢筋混凝土框架结构。根据任务书的要求,采用天正建筑软件设计建筑的平面图、立面图、剖面图等图纸,并布置合理的柱网;建筑面积为4320m2,建筑高度为17.85m,采用非上人屋面;通过对建筑标准层进行分析,选取⑤轴框架进行手算,首先选取梁板柱的材料等级,并根据跨度及抗震等级确定梁板柱的截面尺寸,从而求出一榀框架的抗侧刚度;其次,根据建筑做法及建筑功能确定一榀框架的竖向恒载和活载;再次,分别求出一榀框架在水平荷载和竖向荷载作用下的内力,并绘制内力图;最后,对一榀框架的内力进行荷载组合,求出控制内力,并用控制内力对梁板柱进行配筋设计,并对楼梯及基础进行计算分析,求出相应的配筋。 关键词:框架结构;抗侧刚度;材料等级;配筋设计;荷载组合 Abstract The topic of this design is the frame structure design of an administrative building of Shandong Tianqi company.
