Blockchain technology has the characteristics of distribution, decentralization and non-tampering, which plays a very positive role in the confirmation and transaction of digital resources. This paper discusses the problem of defining the property rights of digital resources, and expounds the principle of blockchain technology used in the confirma­ tion and transaction of digital resources. It constructs the scheme of digital resource right confirmation and transaction based on blockchain, proposes the resource access and storage mode of metadata + cloud storage11, and designs the meta­ data information table in detail.
