 PAGE VI 摘 要 钢筋混凝土结构是指用配有钢筋增强的混凝土制成的结构。钢筋承受拉力，混凝土承受压力。具有耐久性好、防火性能好、整体性好、成本低等优点。 框架—剪力墙结构是由框架和剪力墙两种不同的结构构件组成的受力体系，框架主要承受竖向荷载，剪力墙主要承受水平荷载，具有侧向刚度大、抗震性好、平面布置灵活等优点，目前在高层结构设计中应用较为普遍和广泛。 本工程为汕头市某钢筋混凝土住宅的结构设计，根据给定的功能要求，采用框架—剪力墙结构对该工程进行建筑平面和结构的设计与计算。主要设计内容包括：建筑平面设计、梁、板、柱、墙等结构构件的设计、楼盖及楼梯设计、一榀框架、一榀剪力墙和连梁竖向荷载及水平荷载作用下结构的内力计算及内力组合、抗震调整、配筋计算和基础设计。 关键词：钢筋混凝土高层结构；框架—剪力墙结构；抗震设计；桩基础 Abstract The reinforced concrete structure is the structure made of concrete reinforced with steel. Steel supports the tension and concrete supports the pressure. It has the advantages of good durability, good fire resistance, good integrity and low cost. Frame-shear wall structure is a mechanical system composed of two different structural components: frame and shear wall. The frame mainly supports vertical loads, and the shear wall mainly supports horizontal loads. It has the advantages of large lateral stiffness, good seismic resistance and flexible plane layout. Nowadays, it is widely used in high-rise structure design. This project is the structural design of reinforced concrete residence building for Shantou. According to the given functional requirements, the frame-shear wall structure is used to design and calculate the building plane and structure of the project. The main design contents include: architectural plane design, design of structural components such as beams, plates, columns and walls, design of floors and stairs, internal force calculation and internal force combination of structures under vertical and horizontal loads of one frame, one shear wall and coupling beam, seismic adjustment, reinforcement calculation and foundation design.
