中海东郡住宅楼 PAGE II - - 摘 要 该计算书为中海东郡住宅楼建筑设计方案和结构布置方案，本设计依据按照项目方要求的前期方案进行建筑图设计已经建筑结构设计。参照规范有 EQ 《抗规》、《建筑结构荷载规范》、《混凝土结构规范》 （2015）  EQ 《建筑地基基础设计规范》（GB 50017-2012）等,本次结构设计的结  构方案选择为剪力墙结构。  EQ 完成了结构平面布置图、框架梁、连梁、剪力墙、 基础的设计和配筋计算的整个过程。并在水平荷载作用下结构的内力分析和在竖向荷载作用  EQ 下结构内力分析中，详细说明了剪力墙的空间协同作结构中，由于剪力墙  的侧向刚度比框架大很多，剪力墙的确定及合理的布置对结构的整体刚度  EQ 和刚度中心位置很大影响，合理的布置剪力墙能有效 的防止地震的危害，  EQ 因此设计人员对剪力墙结构的受力、变形特性的掌握和理解就显得非常重 要， EQ 通过充分运用概念设计把握结构的整体性，科学 布置剪力墙，合理设基础。 [关键词]：钢筋混凝土，剪力墙，结构设计，结构构造 Abstract The calculation for the East County Zhonghai residential building design plan and structrallayout plan, thedesign inaccordance ith the requirements of the project in acordance with the pre-construction pla design has been architectural structure design. Refrence Code has (2015) the construction plan chooses for the Shear Wall structure. The whole processof foundtion design and reinforceent calcuation. In the intenal force nalysis of the structure under the horizontal load and the internal force analysis of the structure under the verticl load, it is explained in detail that the lateral stiffness of th shear wall is much larger than that of the frame, the determination and reasonable arrangement f the Shar Wall is very important to the whol stiffness of the structure and to the prevention of earthquake damage. Therefore, it is very important for the designers to master and undrstand the stress and deformation haracteristcs of the Shear Wall structure, reasonable Foundation.
