西安恒大绿洲31号住宅楼设计 PAGE II - - 摘 要 本设计综合应用了大学期间所学的理论知识，进行西安恒大绿洲31号住宅楼建筑与结构设计结构设计。结构形式采用剪力墙结构，结合手算  EQ 加PKPM电算的方式，完成了结构平面布置图、框架梁、连梁、剪力墙、  基础的设计和配筋计算的整个过程。并在水平荷载作用下结构的内力分析和在竖向荷载作用下结构内力分析中，详细说明了剪力墙的空间协同作  EQ 用、变形特点、内力分布情况、以及结构延性控制等方面的设计。剪力墙  结构中，由于剪力墙的侧向刚度比框架大很多，剪力墙的确定及合理的布  EQ 置对结构的整体刚度和刚度中心位置很大影响，合理的布置剪力墙能有效  的防止地震的危害，因此设计人员对剪力墙结构的受力、变形特性的掌握  EQ 和理解就显得非常重要，通过充分运用概念设计把握结构的整体性，科学  布置剪力墙，合理设基础。 [关键词]：钢筋混凝土，剪力墙，结构设计，结构构造 Abstract The structural design includes the theoretical knowledge what I learn in the university to design the structure of hospitalized building of Nanjing City. The stucture form is FrameShear-Wall structure.Completed the entire reinforcement calclation of structure plan lyout,colmns,beams,connected beams,shearwall,cast-in-place floor in the way that is Manual calculation an PKM ATWE . And thestructure under horzontal load analysis and in the analysi of vertical load of the structur, detailed explain the Synergistic effect in space of the frame-shearall structure, characteristic of deformation, stress distribution, and controling the ductility of the structure, and other aspects of the design. Frame - shear wall sructure, due to thelateral stiffnss of shear wall is much larger than the frame, shear walls nd reasonable arrangement to determine a signficant impact on the overall stiffness ad rigidity of te structure of iscentral location, reasonable arrngement of shear walls can effectively prevent the damage of the earthquake, so desigers shear wall structure of the force and deforation characterstics grasp and understand it is ery important to make full use of hlisticconceptual desgn through to grasp the structure of the arrangement of shear walls scientific and rational design basis .
