PAGE 15 河北新华有限公司财务风险分析和防范研究 摘 要 随着经济的不断发展，各行各业也随之进步，而财务风险的存在无疑成为了企业进步的一大障碍，面对财务风险的问题，不同企业应该有一套自己应对风险的措施，以避免给企业带来较大的损失。本文首先分析了建筑行业的大背景以及国内外学者的意见，然后根据河北新华有限公司的报表，指出了企业所存在的问题，依据报表数据进行报表分析，从中查找企业存在财务风险的原因，并根据原因提出解决对策，从而为企业的健康发展做出贡献。本文中虽然是以一家公司为例，但是所提建议却是普遍企业所需要的，例如建立财务预警机制，这对普遍企业都使用，一个企业只有有自己的一套财务危机处理的措施和系统，才能保证企业的健康稳定发展。 关键词：财务风险；预警机制；风险防范 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the economy, all walks of life also progress, and the existence of financial risks undoubtedly become the main obstacle to the development of enterprises, in the face of financial risks, different enterprises should have their own measures to deal with risks, enterprises in order to avoid greater losses.and the existence of financial risk has undoubtedly become a major obstacle to the progress of enterprises, in the face of financial risk, different enterprises should have their own measures to deal with the risk, in order to avoid greater losses to enterprises.
