PAGE 24 - 摘要 21世纪以来互联网快速发展，电子商务也迅速兴起和发展，逐渐成为主流商业模式。与传统的商业模式不同，电子商务是一种基于一定技术基础的互联网环境下的经营模式和盈利模式。电子商务的繁荣对传统实体企业产生了巨大的冲击，使其充分认识到转型的必要性。然而，在复杂的大数据环境下，电子商务企业也面临着各种风险。影响电子商务企业财务稳定发展的因素很多。因此，如何识别、控制和规避财务风险对电子商务企业的未来发展尤为重要。 本文以三只松鼠有限公司为研究对象。在借鉴一些专家学者理论基础的基础上，运用文献综述法和案例分析法，总结了国内外电商行业的发展现状，了解研究背景，提出研究意义，构建了我国电商行业的理论知识框架。然后以三只松鼠有限公司为例，从公司的发展和案例分析入手，分析电子商务行业的财务风险。寻找财务风险控制的突破口，利用真实财务数据的统计，进行财务风险类型的识别、评估和提出风险控制的建议。分析了三只松鼠企业可能面临的财务风险，使得其他电商公司对于自身可能面临的风险进行预防，为电商公司财务风险的管控提供了思路。 关键词：互联网 电子商务 财务风险管理 风险管控 Abstract With the popularization and development of big data on the Internet, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, the Internet has entered a period of vigorous development, allowing e-commerce to emerge and develop rapidly and gradually， becoming the mainstream business model.Different from the traditional business model, e-commerce is a mode of operation and profit based on certain technical basis in the Internet environment.The prosperity of e-commerce has greatly impacted traditional enterprises and made them fully realize the necessity of transformation.However, in the context of complex big data, e-commerce enterprises are also faced with various risks, and various factors can affect the stable development of e-commerce enterprises finance. Therefore, how to identify, control and avoid financial risks is particularly important for the future development of e-commerce enterprises.
