PAGE II PAGE II 商业银行绩效考核的调研报告 摘要：随着经济的飞速发展，企业的快速成长，绩效管理已经成为现代企业管理的重要途径之一，也是企业经营管理中不可或缺的一部分。在绩效管理的四个环节中，绩效考核作为绩效管理的核心环节之一，在绩效管理中发挥着不可替代的重要作用，一方面是作为实现战略经营目标的导向，督导经营管理过程的合规化及促进过程优化，另一方面也为资源配置和绩效激励提供了主要的参考。在当前商业银行面临转型和竞争加剧的形势下，提升自身的核心竞争力尤为重要，怎样通过绩效考核赢得激烈行业竞争中的一席之地有着十分重要的现实意义。本文通过调研发掘出商业银行经营机构绩效考核中存在的问题并进行研究探讨，对绩效考核中存在的问题提出相应的对策建议，为商业银行绩效考核的完善提供些许参考。 关键词：商业银行； 绩效考核； 改进建议 PAGE III PAGE III Research report on performance appraisal of commercial banks Abstract: With the rapid development of the economy and the rapid growth of enterprises, performance management has become one of the important ways of modern enterprise management, and also an indispensable part of business management. In the four links of performance management, performance appraisal, as one of the core links of performance management, plays an irreplaceable role in performance management. On the one hand, it is the orientation to achieve strategic business objectives, and supervises the compliance of the business management process. It also promotes process optimization, and on the other hand provides a major reference for resource allocation and performance incentives.
