本科论文 摘 要 仓储中心具有对物品保管、包装、订单分拣和复核打包集中一体的功能，是目前物流企业，特别是电商企业来说最为重要的一个环节，对于仓储中心的优化也是对于电商企业来说必不可少的一部分。本次设计内容是以蒙牛乳业仓储中心的布局设计与仿真优化为研究的对象，通过对仓储中心的各个厂区布置和货物在仿真物流系统运行情况进行研究分析，查询出系统中现阶段存在的不合理问题，或者说是系统中的瓶颈问题，对蒙牛乳业仓储中心的布局来进行合理的设计和改进，主要目的是提高仓储中心作业流程的运行效率，从而达到提高仓储中心工作效率的目的。在此过程中，运用Flexsim仿真软件进行分析优化，从而来提高方案的科学性。 本次设计首先介绍了课题的研究背景、研究意义、国内研究现状以及本次研究的主要内容，通过这些研究来为后面的优化奠定基础。其次对物流仓储和仓储中心的定义、功能、类型进行了简单的概述，对蒙牛乳业现阶段仓储中心的资料进行了收集，从而明确了布局和仿真优化的思路。针对蒙牛乳业仓储中心现阶段存在的情况问题，运用SLP方法对仓储中心进行布局设计，通过加权因素法对方案进行择优。最后运用Flexsim仿真软件对仓储中心进行仿真，找出系统作业过程中的“瓶颈”问题所在，并对其进行优化，最终完成仓储中心的系统优化，从而构建出符合实际要求的仓储中心仿真模型，以此来为蒙牛乳业仓储中心的优化提供科学性、可行性的意见。 关键词：仓储中心；SLP；FlexSim；布局设计；仿真优化 Abstract The warehousing center has the functions of centralized storage, packaging, order sorting and review packaging.
