物流工程-W物流园区设施布局优化研究论文.doc

本科论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 目前，我国物流业正在蓬勃发展，不仅仅是因为电商的兴起，信息时代下每一天都有着新的变化。如何科学的，合理的布置物流园区已成为非常关键的因素。这对你物流园区适应社会经济发展的节奏十分重要。在很多地区，新建立的物流园区没有利用系统的方法来规划以及布局，不仅导致了园区出现了效率问题，还影响了整体功能和柔性发展。物流综合设施的布局和规划是园区规划的基础，对物流园区进行系统科学规划可以有效补偿园区的物流运营成本，实现园区的功能和运营效率。 本设计在参考了中外文献的基础上，对物流园区功能分区布局规划理论进行了系统的阐述。本设计的目的是以w物流园区为例子，而且在外国也有很多相关园区的设施布置的文献，参考类似文献总结方法解决问题。本设计中w物流园区设施布局规划的主要以SLP为研究方法，以visio为主要软件，绘制出设施方案图。以及对SLP进行改进分析，使设施的布置更为合理，运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价的方法对布局方案图进行相关的评价，得出最优质的方案图。 本设计将研究理论与现实案例联系起来，需要定性分析，定量分析的计算方法得出数据，运用SLP的方法布置方案图，层次分析法得出权重，模糊综合评价法来评价方案。研究出的结果对于相关园区设施的布置给出了合理性的参考建议，以及物流园区的规划与建设具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。 关键词：w物流园区；设施布局规划；SLP；AHP PAGE PAGE I Abstract At present, Chinas logistics industry is developing vigorously, not only because of the rise of e-commerce, but also because of new changes every day in the information age. How to scientifically and rationally arrange the logistics park has become a very key factor. This is very important for your logistics park to adapt to the pace of social and economic development.
