本科论文 Abstract Nowadays, the social economy has been continuously promoted to develop, the reason is obvious, because in recent years, the logistics industry has become one of the important industries to promote the economic development.The mature and perfect system of logistics has become the key factor for Chinese enterprises to compete with each other since China joined the WTO in 2001.As one of the most important links in the logistics activities, the distribution of express delivery outlets can have direct contact with the vast number of customers, which is the most opportunity to increase the demand for their own network business through enterprise advantages and quality services.As the profit source of Chinas tertiary industry, logistics is developing better and better, and more and more people in the society understand and realize the importance of logistics.Based on the background, in order to improve the corporate image and improve the network systems, many express companies have set up the express outlets to seize market resources and increase their competitiveness, so as to increase business volume and gain profits. Therefore, this design studies the location problem of express delivery outlets. First of all, we should read a lot of relevant materials to understand the solutions and ideas of this problem at home and abroad. Secondly, it is necessary to determine the factors that influence the location selection of express delivery outlets in this design. Then through the integration of data and expert advice to analyze the relationship between the influencing factors, and finally through the construction of a model, the influencing factors are divided into 5 layers. By processing the interpretive structure model, a structured hierarchical diagram is obtained, and the optimal scheme is finally obtained by using the AHP quantization model.
