Based on the above, the research contents of this design are as follows. First of all, the background and current situation of this deign research topic are described, and the research content is clarified.Briefly summarize the relevant theories and methods used in this design. According to the field survey, the layout of each operation unit of J e-commerce grain and oil warehouse, constraints affecting warehouse planning, planning period and planning objectives are integrated, analyzed and summarized. It is found that these problems exist in J e-commerce grain and oil warehouse: unreasonable design of waste recycling system, optimization and improvement of the overall layout of the warehouse, low work efficiency and transportation cost There are a series of problems, such as the confusion of high and on-site management.
