本科论文 本科论文 摘 要 随着交流的深入，越来越多的国外医院也趁机打入了中国市场，如果想在这潜力巨大的医疗市场中脱颖而出，就不得不持续让自身的运行流程硬件软件多个方面持续进步，无论是服务的态度、就诊流程的设计、医院整体的管理、科学先进的硬件设备都是这场革新中重中之重。医院是否具有合理高效的就诊流程、医院门诊内部结构是不是合理等，只有在这些问题上进行考察改良才能让就诊患者真正感受到舒心便捷，也会因此提升患者满意度提升医院整体口碑。 本设计中选择了位于辽宁省内一家国家三级甲等医院Z医院的门诊楼作为本设计调查并研究的样本。在通过对该医院的前期调查以及通过网络公布的数据及大量相关专业文献之基础上，全面的分析了Z医院门诊大楼的就诊流程、服务质量、各诊室之间配合位置是否合理以及就诊患者对于医院服务是否满意等问题，并在数据与资料的支撑下找到了医院日常运行流程中不科学不高效的问题。 为了更有效地解决门诊设施的配置问题，本设计选择了传统的SLP方法进行讨论。首先，收集信息，综合了门诊设施的信息要素，按不同疾病划分单元模块。在进一步的行动中，计算和分析都是通过定量和定性进行的。由此获得了Z医院门诊大楼就诊患者在门诊大楼中就诊过程中所面临的问题以及就诊路线。在一系列的考究以及探讨之下发现了门诊大楼各门诊科室相对关系。并通过就诊线路的不同情况对于整体布局的设计提出了新的规划并通过层次分析法以及模糊综合评价法科学合理的选择优化方案，改善后的诊疗室结构更加适合患者的治疗流程，减少患者需要的位移距离和排队，提高医院的效率以及患者的就医体验。 关键词：物流工程；SLP;层次分析法；模糊综合评价法 Abstract With the deepening of exchanges， more and more foreign hospitals have also taken the opportunity to enter the Chinese market.
