小剂量麻醉药联合控制液体量预防痔瘘术后尿潴留的效果观察 浙江省安吉县中医院麻醉科 胡李明 （浙江 安吉 313300） 摘要 目的 探讨小剂量麻醉药联合控制液体量对预防痔瘘术后尿潴留的效果。方法 将200例手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组按常规0.5%布比卡2ml(10mg)行腰麻,术前禁食、水6h,术后不控制液体量；实验组在常规护理的基础上用0.5%布比卡因1ml(5mg)行腰麻,术前禁食、水6h,术后控制液体量于250ml内。结果 实验组和对照组患者术后自然排尿、诱导后排尿及尿潴留有显著性差异（p0.05）。结论 小剂量麻醉药联合控制液体量可预防和减少痔瘘术后尿潴留的发生。 关键词 痔瘘；尿潴留；小剂量麻醉药；控制液体量； Effects of a small amount Anaesthetic with Controlling fluid volume in the prevention of urinary retention after operation of hemorrhoids and fistula Huliming, Dept.of Coloproctology the TCM Hospital of Anji Prefecture, (Anji Zhejiang,313300) Abstract objective: For the aim of probing into the effects of preventing urinary retention after operation of hemorrhoids and fistula by using a small amount Anaesthetic with Controlling fluid volume.method: author randomly divided 200 patients into experimental group(n=100) and control group (n=100).
