M ain eth ical is- sues of clin ical researches involving off- la eluse of drugsw ere d iscussed in the present paper, w ith relevant coun- termeasures raised. The legality and scientific feature of a research, study process, informed consent, compensation specification, and conflict of interests shou ld e included in the eth ics review of off- la el use of drugs in clin ical research, in order to efficiently avoid, proh i it and control risks raised from a off- la el study.
