毕业论文 乐都县矿产资源开发利用与保护研究 摘 要 矿产资源是指经过地质成矿作用，埋藏于地下或露出于地表、并具有开发利用价值的矿物或有用元素的含量达到具有工业利用价值的集合体。矿产资源是重要的自然资源，属于不可再生资源，同时,矿产资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要物质基础。在以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，全面建设小康社会之际，乐都县的矿产资源为乐都县的经济发展做出了贡献，但是由于种种原因，也造成了严重的生态环境和社会问题，依法保护、合理开发和有效利用矿产资源，成为经济社会可持续发展所面临的紧迫问题。为此, 本文从矿产资源可持续发展的角度对这些问题进行研究，并提出相应的对策，提高乐都县矿产资源开发利用与保护水平，为乐都县经济又好又快和环境持续健康发展提供建设性意见，形成经济、社会、资源的可持续发展。 关键词：矿产资源; 开发利用; 可持续发展; 矿山环境地质 ABSTRACT Mineral resource is that after geological mineralization, trapped underground or exposing to the surface, and has the value to exploit mineral or useful element content with industrial utilization value to the collection.
