Worldwide petroleum supply, demand, capital market have already formed the multi-polarization development trend; demonstrate the world energy structure has already came into a new ear. Main powerful countries of the world have issued the national energy development strategy one after another. Our country is a big producing country of the petroleum, also is a big consuming and import country, the petroleum consuming to the outside is exceed 1/3，the security situation of energy is very severe. How to strengthen the energy security, dissolve the risk of the petroleum price effectively, lighten the impact on national economy of the petroleum price, have already become an urgent subject, our country must dispose the new energy security、development strategy as soon as possible, in order to ensure the safety of energy siqjply of our country. The author is on the basis of research results, use the method of static research combine with dynamic analysis ’ macroscopic analysis combine with micro-analysis and the method of determine the quality combine with determine the quantify，discuss the pattern of the Chinese petroleum import market in an all-round systematically way. The text is divided into five parts: the first part summed up the reserves of the worid petroleum resources and demand state, explained the influence on Asia and China economy of the petroleum price; part two analyzed the new pattern of geopolitics of the petroleum resources and geopolitics influence factor of China petroleum import market ； part three study the current situation of China petroleum import market, point out the problems and risks that China petroleum import market feces at present; part four comment the main energy country
