上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 轨道交通信号系统投标文档编制进度管理研究与应用 摘 要 目前城市轨道交通已成为缓解城市交通压力最主要的工具。近几年， 我国轨道交通建设已进入了快速发展时期。在城市轨道交通中，信号系 统担负着保证行车安全、指挥列车运行的重要任务。轨道交通信号系统 作为与公共交通安全直接相关的系统设备，各个城市轨道交通项目工程 所采用的信号系统都将经过招标投标最终产生。投标文档作为投标工作 的最终成果，其完工进度及质量直接决定投标工作的成败。 本文运用项目进度管理理论中约束理论及关键链技术等理论的研究 成果，对轨道交通信号系统投标文档编制过程展开深入的研究，并利用 研究成果开展实践应用。通过对投标项目实例的前后对比，证明了当采 用本文所提出的进度管理方案后，在完工时间及完工质量上均有显著的 提升。 关键词： 约束理论，关键链，投标文档编制进度管理，缓冲 I 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文AB 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT THE RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE MANGEMENT IN TENDER DOCUMENTS COMPILATION OF URBAN RAIL TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM ABSTRACT At present the urban rail traffic has become the most important method to release traffic pressure. In recent years, Chinas rail transit construction has entered a rapid development period. In the urban rail traffic, signal system undertakes the important task to control the train operation and ensure the running safety. Rail traffic signal system as the system equipment directly related to public safety, signal system used by each city track traffic project will eventually produce after bidding. The bidding documents as the final results of the bidding work, the completion schedule and quality directly determines the success or failure of the bidding work. On the basis of Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management and theory of project schedule management theory, in-depth study of rail traffic signal system of bidding document compilation process, and use the research results to practical application. Through comparing examples of the bidding project, it proved that when the project schedule management in this paper, the completion time and completion quality significantly improved.
