China Construction Bank in order to adapt to the new environment of financial market and challenge, put forward sub-branch transformation strategy. Development and application of Personal Banking Customer Sales Systerm （PBCS） is a very important work in the sub-branch transformation strategy, its significance lies in solving the problem of financial product sales platform.This text is based on question and regasrds demand question to acceptance to PBCS system of CCB sub-branch staffs as the break though point and provide suggestions about PBCS system. The research was based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT). according to the PBCS systems actual use of the environment, suitable for the establishment of PBCS system acceptance model. We want to figure out these questions as follows： Whether PBCS system characteristics are correlated with perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness? Are there any differences in perceptions towards network information between users with different characteristics? Whether consumers perceived ease of use has impacts on perceived usefulness? What impacts these user perceptions would have on users intention to use PBCS system. The questionnaire was filled out by samples chose randomly from staffs of CCB in Harbin, and the software SPSS was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire by the method of statistical analysis: descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and analysis of correlation。The test results suggest that: Through the demonstration analysis, we verify the model the staffs of CCB accept the PBCS system and it is valid
