摘要 摘 要 民主是人类社会的普遍追求。中国人民在追求民主的道路上，历经了曲折， 最终在共产党的领导下，踏上了社会主义民主政治建设道路。中国共产党自成立 起就对我国的民主建设问题进行了艰辛的探索，为今天国家的民主建设积累了丰 富的经验。 本文对建国初期我国的民主政治建设进行了系统的分析和考察，力求在历史 的真谛中探寻民主建设的正确路径。 本文一共分为四个部分。第一部分主要是介绍建国以前我国民主政治建设的 主要状况。第二部分对建国初期我国民主政治建设的历史背景进行了系统分析。 第三部分论述了建国初期我国民主政治建设的主要内容，探究了我国国体、政体、 我国的多党合作和政治协商制度、民族区域自治制度以及我国的法律系统的建立 过程。第四部分总结了建国初期我国民主政治建设的主要成就，并分析了其中的 不足。第五部分概况了建国初期我国民主建设的主要经验，为今天的民主建设提 供历史借鉴。 关键词：建国初期；民主政治建设；法制； Abstract Abstract II II Democracy is commonly pursued by mankind. In pursuit of democracy，chinese people has gone through many setbacks,and finally started on the path of socialist democracy under the leadership of the CPC.Since founded, The CPC have been exploring hard about the construction of democracy,which accumulated abundant experience or the construction of democracy. This article makes a systematic inspection and analysis on the construction of democracy at the early stage of the P. R.C, striving to explore the correct path of it in the essence of history. This article contains five parts. The first part mainly introduces the main facts about the construction of democracy before the early stage of the P.R.C. The second part systimatically analyses the historical background of the construction of democracy at the early stage of the P.R.C. The third part discusses the main content of the construction of democracy at the early stage of the P.R.C,and explores the course of he establishment of the state system,government system,system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation, the system of regional autonomy for national minorities and legal system. The fourth part summarizes the main achievements of the construction of democracy at the early stage of the P.R.C, and analyses the deficiency of it. The last part generalizes the major lessons from the construction of democracy at the early stage of the P.R.C,and offers a historical reference for today’s construction of democracy.
