Methods: On the basis of literature view and field research,we draw up the basic data set standard of nursing quality management information in TCM hospital, then using Delphi expert consultation method, 15 experts were interviewed by two rounds of questionnaires. Results: The effective response rates of two rounds of consultation were 100% and 93.33% respectively, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.80. The coordination coefficient were 0.68 and 0.65. Finally, the basic data sets, frame system and standard manuscript of TCM nursing quality management information of 9 first class catalogues and 27 two levels indexes are determined.
